Yes. Please let us know your preferred method. You can choose between local delivery driver, UPS, FedEx, or US Mail.
How can I pay for my prescriptions?
Insurance co-pays can be made by cash, credit card, debit card, check, or by local grant programs for qualifying individuals with no out of pocket costs. Please speak with our Pharmacy Care Coordinators to select the payment method that works best for you.
Can I use my prescription card at your pharmacy?
Yes, we most private insurances, TennCare, Medicare, as well as other federal, state, and local government plans.
Do you accept manufacturers co-pay cards at your pharmacy?
Yes, we will process co-pay cards for you to assist with out of pocket costs.
If I have no refills remaining, can I still request a refill online?
Yes, we will contact your physician for you to request a refill. You will be required to enter your phone number so we may contact you if we need to follow up with you.
How can I transfer my prescriptions from another pharmacy?
Give us a call. We will get your prescription information and take care of transferring them into our pharmacy.
