We are excited to announce that our very own Christopher Broom was promoted to Director of Financial Analytics and Data Strategy at NPS Pharmacy.

Christopher specializes in 340B program management, financial modeling, data governance, and strategic analytics. He is well-versed in pharmacy operations, payer environments, and healthcare data strategy and can play a significant role in leading the development of enterprise-wide financial analytics frameworks to support forecasting accuracy, margin protection, and executive decision-making.

Over the course of his time with NPS Pharmacy, Christopher has exhibited exceptional leadership in the development of audit-ready reporting frameworks, complex pharmacy and financial data integration, and actionable recommendations throughout Ryan White programs, STD/STI clinics, FQHCs, and contract pharmacies.

As a 340B ACE-certified expert, national speaker, and professional development contributor, he has made meaningful contributions to our operational excellence and strategic growth. In his new role, Christopher continues to lead the charge at NPS Pharmacy to advance data-driven financial analytics and strategy—and we’re excited to see just how impactful he can be!
