We're thrilled to welcome Kayla Jones back to NPS Pharmacy as Manager, Denials and Appeals Management, effective March 23, 2026!

Many of you may remember Kayla from her previous role as our Events & Community Engagement Manager — the familiar, energetic face representing NPS at conferences, community events, and beyond. Her dedication and presence made a lasting impact, and we couldn't be more excited to have her back in this new leadership capacity.

In her new role, Kayla will lead a critical function spanning NPS Pharmacy's retail, specialty, mail-order, and 340B program operations nationwide — strengthening revenue recovery, improving processes, protecting margins, and supporting our continued growth.
